Before booking, please read and be fully aware of our policies. We can’t wait to meet you!

You will need a credit card to book your service, as well as hold your reservation. We will not charge your card unless there is a no-show or a late cancellation. Our no show and late cancellation policies are as follows:

NO SHOW:

  • 100% Charge

LATE CANCELLATION:

  • 100% of service charge within 24 hours

  • 50% of service charge 24-48 hours

TARDINESS:

  • Being more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will result in your appointment being canceled and fully charged.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

Please inform the artist of any allergies and/or medical concerns prior to your service.

No-Refund Policy

At Skottē Esthetics Co., we strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure complete satisfaction for all our clients. To maintain the integrity of our operations and uphold the quality of our offerings, we have established the following no-refund policy:

  1. Prepaid Packages and Services: All prepaid packages and services are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain consistent and competitive pricing for all clients.

  2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to protect against financial losses associated with late cancellations and no-shows, a no-show/cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is charged in addition to the pre-purchase price of the package or single service.

  3. Transfer of Services: In certain cases, unused services from a prepaid package may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at contact@skotteestheticsco.com to discuss the specifics and arrange for the transfer.

  4. Exchanges: While refunds are not available, clients may be eligible to exchange one service for another of equal value within the same category of services. Please speak with our team to explore available options. Microneedling is considered its own category.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances: We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any unique situations that may require special consideration.
